The Israeli Patent and Trademark Authority, which is a branch of the Israeli Justice Department, operates a computerized trademark database.

Unfortunately, the new trademark database is only in Hebrew and no English version exists (Here you can find the formal search page). Therefore, it is practically impossible for a person who does not read Hebrew to search the database.
